Include the email on your account, whether you are on iOS, Android, or the web kitchen, and a short note about what happened.

Sign in and accounts

You can create an account with email and password or continue with Google. After Google sign-in on a phone, you should return to the Platealo app. If you land on the web kitchen instead, close the browser and try again, or email us.

Forgot a password? Email hello@platealo.com from the address on your account and we will help you reset access. To change your display name or photo, open Your plate in the app or the kitchen on the web.

Recipes, photos, and follows

Publish a recipe with a title, cuisine, ingredients, steps, and optional photos or a short video.
The phone app may ask for camera or photo library permission only when you add a picture.
Save dishes to your A–Z list and follow home cooks you like. Unsave or unfollow anytime.
Switch the whole kitchen between English and Spanish with Language.

Delete your account or data

You can stop using Platealo at any time. To delete your account and personal data, open Your plate in the iOS or Android app and tap Delete account, or use Delete account on your web kitchen profile at https://app.platealo.com. That permanently removes your account, authored recipes, saved list, and follows. You can also email hello@platealo.com for help. See also https://platealo.com/privacy.
